The replacement of fragmented relativism by Confucian philosophy is an inclusive pluralism that is included in the core values of relational fairness and achieves diversity: that is, the pursuit of "harmony in diversity". In the Confucian model, the inclusive pursuit of fairness in relationships and the diversity achieved in first-order constitutive relationships allow for sustained diversification of qualities and tendencies, thereby developing our differences into mutually enriching resources. Valuing relationship fairness begins not only with recognition, but also with appreciation of these differences, with the goal of serving the interests of all in different situations and achieving fairness. This allows for the availability of true differences in each growth dimensionand the complexity of human experience, ultimately becoming the foundation for achieving diversity in human narratives. When there is an equal relationship between cultures and all differences are accepted and treated fairly, different lifestyles and ways of thinking will adapt to each other, cultural differences will interact with each other, and thus achieve diversity.
